:(I just have my number transferred to Samsung Saga. The OTA went smoothly. The problem is the Wifi. I'm trying to connect the phone to wifi signal from my Clear Modem. The phone saw the modem. But when I tried to connect to it, I always got this message

"Cannot log on to the wireless network. This network requires a personal certificate to positively identify you."

I have to idea what certificate I need.

Can anyone help me?

By the way, the data connection via TnT1200/2000/100MB plan works fine.

Thanks

Depending on what security you have on your router. It's asking for your password. if you have never changed it, should be the default.

It's not the router's network key (password) because I already typed in the correct one. It's the certificate that the phone is looking for. On the settings page, there is an icon "Certificates." In it, a message says "Use personal certificates to positively identify yourself to others."

I hope someone here can help me.

You need to go into the router settings and choose "manual wireless settings". From there you should have an option to connect a new device. You should have an option to have the router acknowledge the phone by trying to connect in a certain amount of time.

Thank you for all your helps. I've figured it out already. I made a mistake when inputing the modem security setting. It took me hours before I realized that I had to check first the modem setting. Yes, I found the answer. After I typed in the correct setting in the phone, the wifi connection worked like a charm.
