new phones

Hey Kitty when are the new phones coming in, I've got a new customer for you, her "plan" ends on the 20th of Aug. so she would like to get a phone before then. I was telling her about Kitty wireless and how I was impressed by the serivce.

Thanks for getting back to me so quick, Could you tell me how to go about her using my old page plus phone or even using her Verizon phone? Then when you get the new ones in she can change to one she would like, she hates her phone and my phone's blue tooth doesn't work.

Dear Starr,

She should be able to use her old Verizon phone, or old Page Plus phone, as long as the ESN's are still clear and were never blacklisted for any reason. Then, when she gets a new one, she can do an ESN Change to move her number/plan/minutes from the old device to the new one :)
