I had my phone flashed by greg at remotesquad. He stayed after hours to complete the flash and everything was great, but when i restarted my phone, im getting "failed to validate" error and have had problems ever since. Ive had zero success in getting a reply after the initial flash. I dont know what is going on, but at this time i would not recommend this company if you need future support after the flash.

Give them a chance to respond back. They'll make good.

This smells fishy, why post the same thing twice?

I have a really hard time believing RemoteSquad has not responded in 8 days, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. If you have emailed, called, chatted, and have received no response, I'll be VERY surprised. EVERY single time I have gone to their site, or emailed them, they have responded. I have contacted them on your behalf, and you do not need to post this twice on our forums.

Hey, I welcome honest reviews and I will be the first to say that this customer did not get the support that they needed. We do our best to make sure that all customers are provided everything they need but when it comes down to it we are human just like everyone else. There is no excuse for the situation with this customer but thanks to them I found a significant flaw in our website contact forms coding. Hopefully I have made the necessary changes to prevent this from happening in the future. I apologize to comppro2k7, and we will fix whatever issues are being experienced.
And no biggie that it was posted twice. The customer just wanted to make sure they were heard from and got the support they needed.
Thank you comppro2k7 for posting this. You have helped me fix something I did not know was wrong and hopefully have prevented anyone else from going through the same thing.

Just to update, greg@remotesquad spent a hour today fixing my phone and got it back up and running.
