Or more precisely, seemingly no data and barely any calls or text = $

I've depleted my balance by $6 in 6 days, during the entire period of which I've had my data toggled off, made only a few calls of a minute or less and sent less than a dozen text messages with no images. My phone is a Palm Pixi Plus and have the "NetStat" app, which claims and has appeared in the past to measure the data volume passed by my phone, and it hasn't register any data during this time. Anybody have an idea how has this might have happened?

I'm supposing there's no way to see the record of charges to my account, but if I'm wrong, please let me know!

P.S. I just though of a way I may have used data. I've installed and made a lot of use of the app "GPS Fix" which on start up and on occasion briefly opens VZ Navigator--to the registration screen only, so far as I'm able to see. This lasts 30 seconds each time it happens, and I don't know if I'm incurring a data charge during that time, but I have a vague recollection of reading somewhere that I would to the tune of a smidgeon. It depends how many dollars are in a smidgeon, I guess.

If you have used $6 in 6 days, you definitely have usage. Probably a background application somewhere. You should create a free account at www.pagepluscellular.com and view your usage, or call 800-550-2436 and have a live CSR go over your history with you.

Thanks. I've visited it and looked at my history now, and indeed there's a tiny bit of data usage that seems to reflect GPS fixes, but major share of the disappeared $6 actually seems to be that I was never credited the $10 I purchased via Kitty six days ago. So this will take some investigating.

On 02/07/2012 you asked us to add $10.00 to Phone Number XXX-XXX-1168. We did that. We added PIN # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to XXX-XXX-1168 and that $10.00 is still sitting there. I also contacted Page Plus and they confirmed that we did add the $10.00 to the number you specified back on 02/07/2012.

Are you talking about a different phone number?

I noticed back in December you asked us to add money to XXX-XXX-1186 - but this time you asked us to add it to XXX-XXX-1168.

Did you make an error? We added the funds to the number you specified on the form. We then sent you an email with the PIN # and the phone number we added it to, back on 02/07/2012. If there was an error made, it was not on our end - we did exactly as you specified on the order form.

I have sent you an email with these details, too, but wanted to respond here, so that people on the forums know, publicly, that this was not our error.

Yes, my bad, definitely. I remember getting the phone number backwards that day in other instances. This whole thread ought to be flagged "pointless," since even while helpful to me, it won't be for anybody else.
