How to switch from plan to plan

Hi all!

I'm figuring out what plan is best for a particular phone, so I change periodically. I had TNT1200 on it this past month and it just expired yesterday. I want to go back to a standard plan with a texting plan added. Is there a particular method that I should use to do it right?

I think you are already part-way there. :)

If your TnT1200 expired yesterday, and you had less than $29.95 Cash Balance in your account, you are now on the Standard Plan with minutes being charged at (I can't remember) either $0.10 or $0.12 each. Add a text plan, and or Standard Plan PINs, and you are good to go.

(If, instead, you had MORE than $29.95 in your account, your TnT1200 was presumably renewed out of your Cash Balance, and it would probably be best to let the renewed plan run its course).

If you definitely WANT to go back to standard, you need to double check that the "EXPIRED TNT1200" gets officially removed.
