View Full Version : Why did my Ozone display screen stop working all of a sudden

It's fully charged and the keyboard still lights up.I don't know if it will even make calls.

Take the back off of it and pull the battery out for a few minutes. Might reset it....

Ozone is going on 3 years since its release. Thats 80 yo in human years. Probably time to get a new pet:yay:

I love the Ozone. They are a GREAT device. Still worth owning IMHO :)

I meant that they are getting older and may start breaking down. Not that they are obsolete

This statement applies to me. Some days I feel much older than I am.... some days my display just doesn't wanna turn on either :-P

That's fair. Some people like the candy bar style smartphone. There aren't a lot of current alternatives for those folks.

This statement applies to me. Some days I feel much older than I am.... some days my display just doesn't wanna turn on either :-P LOL! Try pulling your battery and reinserting after 5 minutes. If that dosen't work, try calling Kitty Wireless and tell them Jeffre James sent you:cheers:

I appreciate the advice. Taking the bat out solved the problem. Probably a software issue as I did try to put flash player on it but found out Ozone is not compatible.

Glad my suggestion got you back in business. I had an Ozone quite a while ago, and it is a pretty awesome phone....
