You'll find an old one on this page, we don't have a recent one: http://www.kittywireless.com/pageplu...ogramming.html

The newest PRL that I have seen is 52711, but don't know where you could download it. Why can't you get it OYA?
Page Plus phones I've used: LG eNV, Motorola Q9c, Q9M, Alias, Omnia 910, Ozone, Motorola Droid, HTC Incredible, Droid X, HTC Incredible 2, Droid X2, Droid RAZR, HTC One, and now an LG G2 4g...
Talk to Greg @ RemotesquaD. maybe he can help. There's a section just for RemotesquaD on here
4G phones are not supported on Page Plus at this time so that is most likely the main part of your problem. The network settings will be different and so I think that is the major issue. Unfortunately we can't help you on that as it is against the Page Plus rules and Kitty cannot risk her dealership. I know there are people that are trying to put 4G phones on Page Plus but until it is supported you are fighting an uphill battle. You are making it even harder by using a Sprint phone so it is a 4G phone that is made for a different network. The best I can offer is Greg with Remotesquad may be able to flash the phone to get better functionality.
However, the best advice I can give is to sell the phone and get a phone that can run on Page Plus without all the modifications or use the phone on a service where you don't have to modify the phone.

4g devices do not currently function easily on Page Plus. They are allowed, but not supported, and not easy to get to work. 4g LTE requires a SIM card to be provisioned to be used. Page Plus does not currently have the ability to provision a SIM card. 4g LTE devices do not support over-the-air programming. They must be manually programmed, and that is not easy to do. Yes, there are people out there who have gotten 4g LTE devices to work on Page Plus, only running in 3G Mode (not 4g speeds). But it requires a lot of technical know-how to do, and is not easily done.
Will Page Plus get the ability to use 4g devices at some point? Most likely, but it's not guaranteed. If you absolutely need a top-end 4g LTE device, Page Plus is not the right provider for you. Page Plus works great with any of the higher-end 3G devices, such as the Motorola Droid 2, Droid 3, etc. Since you won't be able to access 4g speeds on a 4g device, on Page Plus, what's the sense in putting in tons of technical effort to get a 4g device on our network?
As far as the iPhone goes, the iPhone is NOT allowed on Page Plus at this time. Are there people using them? Absolutely there are, but they are doing so at their own risk. We have absolutely seen iPhone's get booted from the network - so for those who tell you that is has "never happened", they are wrong, it absolutely has happened, and can happen. If you choose to activate an iPhone on Page Plus, you are doing so at your own risk, and that risk is significant.
