Unable to set up voicemail

I've had a Samsung Omnia where my voicemail greeting has been working fine for many months. Now, since I changed the phone number following a move to VA, a caller gets the announcement that "you have reached a V/M box that has not been set up". I've searched the forum, have tried #793 and *86 - both get me to email and ask if I want to hear my greeting in English or Spanish. When I hit 1 for the former I get a message in spanish only and cannot get any further. The responses never even asks for my VM password. Must I call PP or can someone here help? Thanks

Opticomm, Try #738 for Page Plus voicemail. If that doesn't work I would call Page Plus to reset it.
