    Lost Voice Mail Password

    Could anyone tell me how to reset my voice mail password? I presently can't access my voice mails because I must have forgotten the password I recently created. Thanks for your help!

    If you are Kitty Wireless customer, send an email to support@kittywireless.com and include:

    - Your Cellular Phone Number
    - The MEID, HEX or DEC Number for your current device on that number
    - What you want your Voicemail Password to be

    We will contact Page Plus for you, get it reset, and let you know when that is done.

    If you are not a Kitty Wireless customer, call 800-550-2436....

    Ben ,Try the last 4 digits of your phone number . That should be the default password. Jim

    The last 4 digits of your phone number are, by default, the lock code for your phone, however, not for your voicemail :-) No worries, we have the request, we'll get this reset as soon as Page Plus opens at Noon. Shortly thereafter.

    Usually, the voicemail pass-code is defaulted to the last four digits of your cell phone. If this does not allow you to access your voicemail, we will be happy reset the voicemail pass-code on your account: ( 574386xxxx )

    For security reasons, we will require the 4 digit security code from this phone. This code was created when the phone was originally activated.

    We understand that some customers will not know their passwords. If this is the case, we will ask you to respond with your Page Plus phone number y 2 phone numbers you have called from the cell phone recently.

    We will be able to assist once you have replied back to this email with the information required.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, or if we can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact pageplus customer care by calling 1-800-550-2436 or by dialing #737 (#REP) from your mobile device. You can also call #22273 (#CCARE) from your mobile device.

    Our customer service agents are available Monday through Saturday from 9 AM ? 10 PM, and from 12 PM ? 8 PM on Sundays (all times Eastern Standard).
